Our boureka bites have had a festve twist. The same delicious crunchy puff pastry base, but now filled with a ricotta and butternut squash filling, along with dried cranberries and pine nuts. The most delicious bite to share with friends. Each platter contains around 65 bites.
Please note that our last delivery date before Christmas is the 23rd December, but this can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Delivered on a disposable board and in a recycled cardboard box, all you need to do is slide the platter out, and serve.
If you plan not to eat these on the day of delivery, simply reheat in the oven for around 12-15 minutes at 180℃.
